Downloading and Installing

Learn how to download and install the MetaMask extension. MetaMask is one of the easiest and most widely used crypto wallets today and you will be sure to find it a breeze in no time.

Downloading MetaMask on Desktop

Step 1: Proceed to https://MetaMask.io and select "Download".

Step 2: Select the platform you are installing MetaMask onto and select "Install MetaMask for..."

Step 3: If installing to Brave or Firefox, just add the extension.

Step 4: Click on the Jigsaw piece. That is your extensions menu. Select the pin to pin the MetaMask extension to your address bar area for easy access in future.

Congratulations! You have now downloaded and installed MetaMask!
